All in one

One app instead of five

Calendar, trackers, labs, activities, and a minute just for you — all in one calm place.

Pregnancy week by week

Your week on a progress ring, 38 weeks through baby's and mom's eyes, a birth plan, and a hospital bag checklist.

Baby's first year

Sleep, feedings, and diapers — logged in one tap. Milestones, plus height and weight on WHO growth charts.

Growing child: 1–3 years

Growth leaps, developmental milestones, height and weight on WHO charts up to age two, toys by age — with respect for your child's own pace.

Activities and development

120 activities by age and situation — “while I cook”, “rainy day at home”, “on the go”. Gentle early learning and “Growing minds” up to school age.

Trackers for mom

A kick counter, a contraction timer, and a weight journal with a chart — always at hand.

Lab results, made clear

Snap a photo of your lab report — Clam sorts every marker against reference ranges, shows trends, and gathers questions for your doctor.

Family health

Profiles for everyone you care for: appointments, “what I take”, nutrition by stage — and a health timeline by date, not by folder.

How are you today

Mood shells, a tip of the day, and a minute just for you — no streaks that reset on a hard day.

Take a peek inside

Every screen feels like an exhale

Glass, sunrise, and nothing extra. Scroll through — the phone will show you.

Home

Opens knowing who you are

A greeting for this hour and this name, a search field that answers as you type, your week with what's happening to the baby right now — and everyone you care for: pregnancy and your child on one screen. No feed, no noise, no countdown to a date almost nobody gives birth on.

How I am

A minute just for you

Pick a shell — Clam answers in kind words and offers a practice for exactly this feeling. Your seven days stay on the card, and a whole section keeps the history: no streak to break on the day it was hard to get up.

Trackers

One tap and it's logged

Kicks, contractions, weight, sleep, and feedings. Big buttons, day-by-day history, and no fiddly forms — made for tired hands.

Lab results

From lab report to plain words

A photo of your lab report becomes a list of markers with statuses: what's in range, what deserves attention, and which questions to ask your doctor.

Kids

Growing at their own pace

The current growth leap, milestones with “can do it” checkmarks, height and weight on WHO percentiles, and today's activity — all for your child's age, with no comparisons to the neighbor's kid.

New · Clam AI after launch

A companion that remembers what you asked yesterday

One button on any screen: tap to type, hold to talk. Clam AI takes your pregnancy week, your children's ages, and your latest labs into account — only what you've allowed — and shows what it used under every answer.

Voice, when your hands are full

Speech recognition and read-aloud run on your phone itself — no audio is sent anywhere.

Long-term memory

Off by default. Turn it on and Clam AI remembers what matters between conversations. You can review, correct, pause, or erase all of it.

Knows who you're asking about

About you, your pregnancy, or your child — Clam AI sees who the question is about and uses only the profile data you've allowed.

Gentle and safe

Every answer goes through safety checks. If something looks concerning, Clam AI immediately suggests seeing a doctor and shows your country's emergency number. No diagnoses, no prescriptions.

How it works: only with your consent processor and region shown before sending not a diagnosis or a prescription your country is taken into account

Your first questions are free. After that, text and voice without limits come with Clam+.

New · Community after launch

Find your people

Moms going through the very same thing right now: the same week, the same due month, a baby the same age — or the same topic. Ask, and you'll be understood by moms who were in it yesterday.

By stage, not by algorithm

Groups by pregnancy week, due month, child's age, and topic. No endless feed, no chasing followers.

A separate name

Your Community profile isn't linked to your health and family profiles. For recommendations — if you choose — only your due month is shared, never the exact date.

In your language

Posts and search work across every language in the community: read translations, or only the languages you understand.

Gentle moderation

Clear rules, reports reviewed by real people, encrypted direct messages. Dangerous health advice doesn't go unnoticed.

Good to know: members' personal experience — not medical advice no follower counts free
A little miracle

When will we meet?

Calculate your estimated due date and find out what “size” your baby is right now.

28 days

An approximate estimate based on Naegele's rule, adjusted for your cycle. Your doctor will confirm the exact dates with an ultrasound.

BABY

From now on, baby is measured head to heel. They swallow amniotic fluid and can tell flavors apart — getting used to your menu.

MOM

Your appetite is growing — and that's normal: your baby is gaining weight fast. Keep healthy snacks within reach.

A ritual of care

How are you today?

In Clam, the day starts with a shell. Give it a try — pick the one that resonates.

Peace of mind, down to the details

Your data is your data

What's personal stays on your phone

Trackers, journals, your album, and mood entries are stored locally. Clam AI's speech recognition and read-aloud run on your phone, too.

Servers in Europe

Account, profile, lab, consent, AI conversation and memory, subscription data, plus your Community posts and direct messages, can be stored on our server in the EU. The privacy policy lists each category and retention rule.

Health data, handled with respect

Lab report scanning runs on our server. External AI starts only with your consent. We remove common direct identifiers when possible, but the processor still receives personal health data and free text.

Everything under your control

Request an export or account deletion in the app. Deletion blocks new changes immediately; active systems, limited backups, and legally required records follow the timelines in the privacy policy.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

Is Clam free?

Yes. The pregnancy calendar, trackers, activities, Ask Clam, the basic lab result breakdown, Community, and your first Clam AI questions are free. The Clam+ subscription adds extra features, and it will always be optional.

When does the app come out, and where can I download it?

We're preparing the Android release — the App Store version is on our roadmap. Links will appear on this page as soon as the app is published — add it to your bookmarks.

Does Clam work offline?

Yes: all the content, trackers, and Ask Clam search work offline. You need the internet for your account, lab report scanning, Clam AI, and Community.

What can Clam AI do, and how does it use my data?

Clam AI answers by text or voice and can take your profile, pregnancy week, children's ages, and confirmed labs into account — only after your explicit consent, and only for the person the question is about. Before processing, the app names the external processor, its region, and its retention terms. Long-term memory is off by default; you can review, correct, pause, or erase it. Voice recognition and read-aloud run on your phone. Clam AI doesn't diagnose or prescribe treatment; if anything looks concerning, it immediately advises seeing a doctor.

Does Clam AI cost money?

Your first questions are free for everyone. After that, text and voice are part of Clam+. The exact number of free questions and the fair-use limits appear in the app before use.

What is Community, and who is there?

Groups of moms by pregnancy week, due month, child's age, and topic, with posts and search across every language in the community. The rules ban bullying, sharing other people's personal data, and dangerous health advice; reports are reviewed by real people. Everything written there is members' personal experience, not medical advice.

Can Community see my health data?

No. Your Community profile is a separate public name that isn't linked to your health and family profiles. For group recommendations — if you allow it — only your due month is shared, never the exact date. Direct messages are encrypted.

Can Clam replace a doctor's visit?

No. Clam doesn't diagnose and doesn't prescribe treatment. It explains information in plain language and helps you prepare questions for your doctor — and if anything looks concerning, it plainly advises you to seek help.

What data do you collect?

Account, profile, lab, user-entered health, consent, Clam AI conversation and memory, and subscription data, plus your Community posts and direct messages, can be stored on our EU server when you use those features. Baby trackers, journals, mood entries, and the album stay on your phone. See the privacy policy for the complete data map.

How do I delete my account and data?

Right in the app: Profile → Settings → My data → Delete account. The request blocks further changes immediately and starts deletion from active systems. Limited backups and records required for security, accounting, or law expire under the privacy policy. See the Delete account guide.
